Accessible Data Services Inc. (ADS) is a full service mail house providing quality mailing and data processing services. Family-Owned and operated since 1993, we are dedicated to providing quality service in timely fashion at a reasonable price.
Our company started in the home of founder Richard Russell. The first list of services was solely list acquisition and database management. As our client base grew, we received request to process our clients’ direct mail. By expanding our services to include direct mailing we continued to meet our clients’ needs. In our quest to meet our clients’ needs, we began to utilize postal discounts more and more. As time passed we became experts in maximizing postal discounts from our in-depth understanding of the postal regulations.
While expanding our services list to meet our clients’ needs, our client base also began to expand. With this new influx of clientele we acquire automated mailing equipment such as inserters, labelers, folders, and metering machines. As time passed we went through growing pains and had to move from shop to shop to meet our expanding space requirements. Eventually we moved into our current shop of 5000 sq feet, shortly after, we acquired an inkjet, ritejet, and an MBO folder. This equipment allowed us to offer our mailing services at a reasonable price, while maintaining our commitment to quality.
In addition to mailing and data processing services we acquired several black and white laser printers to provide our clients with variable data printing.
Over the past 17 years we have continued to meet and exceed our clients’ needs. We have done this by bringing the customer first, creating a culture of excellence within our company, maintaining a high consistent level of quality in our services, and completing all client jobs in a timely fashion.
